With over 20 years of experience directing and managing career planning programs with non-profit organizations as well as teaching clients with career challenges she is passionate and knowledgable! Through her expertise in career development and labour market research, she includes qualifications, experience, and strengths into a broad perspective while considering their desired salary, interests, location, job market and educational possibilities.

As a successful entrepreneur, trainer/coach and contract writer, Colleen writes technical and policy development books to ensure the goals of an organization are acheived. She has also written and trained clients in health and fitness for over 20 years while owning multiple fitness studios, managing over a dozen trainers. Her writing, speaking and coaching span a wide range.

With her 20 years experience in the fitness industry as a trainer/coach, and personal experiences and education.

As an expert in research and development for training manuals, business plans and business development, she can identify specific needs and create an exciting and enjoyable learning environment and success-driven plan. Give her a challenge and she will raise the bar.

Gregory Bereza
Aboriginal and Stakeholder Relations/Project Management

Greg comes to Work by Design as an accomplished professional with 10 years of direct experience developing strategic and collaborative relationships with Aboriginal communities, industry, and multiple stakeholders. With sound knowledge of the resource development and energy sectors, he has worked closely with Aboriginal communities in support of environmental policy initiatives, First Nations Consultation, and Aboriginal business development.

Greg’s specialized knowledge and impressive communication skills provide an opportunity for developing effective multi-stakeholder and Aboriginal engagement processes, developing and implementing various kinds of agreements and facilitating aboriginal community and business development.

Greg is a welcome member of the team who is available for Aboriginal engagement, awareness training, and business development; grant and proposal process and development; multi-stakeholder project management services (energy and land-related); and international political economics analysis.

He holds a Master of Arts in Political Science (International Relations) and has worked abroad in Ghana, West Africa. While there, Greg worked with non-governmental and community-based organizations to identify and create partnership opportunities for the University of Alberta International. The relationships he built allowed UofA students seeking international experience to connect with suitable organizations in Ghana.
